Really great Linda, yes the yellow and green of the grass makes the bird stand out well, in fact it looks like 3D.

These crows seem to be getting bigger than I remember them from many years ago, and we have a good few round here who do indeed stalk purposefully over the lawn, seeking what they may find. Painting black plumage or fur (or black anything) is difficult, but you've succeeded well in bringing your military-minded bird to life.

Great painting of a character filled crow, background just perfect.

He’s fabulous Linda....strutting his stuff!

The crow looks great against the lighter grass, and I love the title.

Love the crows antics and character Linda and you have captured this in you painting

I've been looking at crows and this is a beauty Linda

He's really strutting his stuff - nice one Linda.

This guy means business, in a mean sort of way. Great striding pattern and determination, and great anatomy. Brian

Wow thanks everyone!!

Stands out so well. The crow has character ! A gem.

That's a determined crow Linda..super work :)

So much character in this little crow Linda....I love it!

You have captured the personality so well...

Brilliant work. Details are fanstastic and he is definitely the King of his patch.
