Beachcomber

I don't know why, but I love theses birds especially the way you paint them.

I walked along the beach today and saw a seagull attacking a bag of chips someone had dropped, or maybe it pinched them, it gave me the inspiration for a collage. When I got home I looked at the gallery and saw you&#39;d beaten me to it albeit a different bird. This is great Linda and I may still try a collaged version!<br /><br />

Little monkeys, aren&#39;t they! Great painting - love all the shells you have included on the beach - a nice touch.

I love crows of all kinds and this painting is super. Good composition and I love the stance of the bird.

Beautifully painted, Linda. The juxtaposition of the organic shapes of the bird and seashells and the hard edges of that packet of crisps works really well.
