Lovely ski and sea. I always hesitate to make suggestions as I don't know what was in your mind when you interpreted this scene, but I was think that for me it needs a little something extra - even a bird or distant fishing boat? Agree with the others about the boldness in your painting starting to emerge, which suits this scene.

thank you sylvia, val & thea, i think i am becoming more confident & adventurous, i am trying things i wouldn't have attempted a few months back. thea this was from the evening ferry & there was no birds or boats but your right i could have put some in lilias
