These interactive acrylics sound like the answer to Nicola's problems with her watercolour washes drying too quickly where she is on holiday in the Austrian Alps Lesley, nice work on this bridge in the very picturesque sounding Aylesford in Kent, other end of the country from me and I bet you don't have too much problem finding places to exhibit your work down there, pretty hopeless here in the Morecambe/Lancaster area, typically there is an open air Art exhibition going on this bank hol weekend in the fairly local area of Carnforth, which no-one had even heard of until it was mentioned in a local newspaper 2 days ago!! Anyway, I digress, nicely done Lesley

Thanks Ros for your reply. Yes these acrylics can be used like watercolour but they do lose the density of the colour. I don't exhibit but there are lots of galleries and also lots of very good established local artists! One day I may have enough painting to have my own exhibition, lol. There are lots of lovely places in Kent so I am spoilt of choice. Enjoy the bank holiday, I am off to York for 5 days with a friend but not sure if I will have time to do some painting.

Beautiful village nearby where myself and two friends spent a Saturday in August painting. I used interactive acrylics which I have not used before on a canvas board. It was a warm day so the acrylics were ideal as they didn't dry as quick and I could use water to reopen where needed.
