Vernazza is one of the Cinque Terre villages on the Ligurian Coast, it is extremely busy during the day however at night with only locals and a few tourists there is an opportunity to slow down and quietly observe.It is almost like you have the world to yourself, sound and distance are muted and faded. The perspective from above gives a heightened sense of being separate from the urban landscape, not part of it.
