The 2 bulls are representing of originally Black & White people but since the release of Mr Mandela and the elections of 1994( red tag on bulls ear) they represent the wealthy and the poor. The Goldmine rock dump in the background represents the wealth mineral resources everyone wants to claim while the broken fence represents the running down of civil infrastructure. Light reflections of the South African flag are painted behind the bulls
