Colin Steed - Artist & Tutor. Your persistance has payed off Kate. This is a big improvement on you first attempt. Lovely depth and just a suggestion of trees in the distance with good strong colours in the foreground. Your trees and grasses have that leaf and grassy look without using too much detail. Painting is not an exact science but armed with your new found techniques I'm sure your woodland scenes will improve by leaps and bounds.
