Dennis Philpott sent in his version of Tony's painting project saying: 'This was an enjoyable exercise in pen and wash sketching and also perspective. I tried not to be to perfect with the cathedral but my Draughtsman's experience from the 1970's got the better of me. I spent a couple of hours planning what to leave in the picture, and drawing it. and spent 30 minutes painting it. I went for the "vignette" look and stopped before I overworked it.'
