Vivienne Bottrell sent in her project saying: 'Enjoyed painting this! Wasn't sure at first with the variegated wash, but it started to come together better when adding the deeper tones. Think I needed to go darker in areas, especially the leaves, however pleased how it turned out overall for a first attempt! I used Winsor & Newton Cotman watercolours on Winsor & Newton CP watercolour paper (140lb)A4. Looking forward to trying to paint more Camellias in the future!'
