Brian Reid sent in his project saying: I am fairly new to acrylics and found this quite difficult, particularly the foreground. My colour palette is probably a bit too "jolly" for the subject matter of abandoned things in winter. As a part of the project was using photo references I integrated an abandoned outhouse photo from my holiday photos from Cornwall last year to heighten the "abandoned" theme of the painting.
