Vicky Rosenthal sent in her painting saying: 'I used a portrait format for this one instead of landscape as there was a lot of snow in the foreground so I featured some grasses poking through the snow to break it up. I used the white of the paper to represent the snow but it didn’t work on the roof of the house so white gouache did the job. I do love these challenges as they make good learning curves!'
