Vicky Rosenthal sent in her project saying: 'I itched to paint this subject as it has lots of texture with the stones and shrubbery. I included the balcony on the left wall (I presumed it was one) as I thought the curved shape would relate to the curves in the archways over the doors and the curved staircase. It turned out to be a bit like a scene from a Grimms fairy tale but never mind, I just love detail although I feel that I should learn to be more suggestive in future artwork'
