Years ago, I read a book by Adrian Hill - a tv artist of many moons past - who deplored the practice of using two or more blues in the sky; and I took it as Gospel, being fairly literal. You've employed two quite distinct blues here - and to great effect. This is a lively painting with movement; and the gulls work, too: which isn't easy - painting gulls into an actual scene, as opposed to building a scene around them, can make them resemble pterodactyls: you could find fault with these if you look at them obsessively closely (and being an old myope, I tend to!) but it doesn't matter, they work in the picture and convince when taken as part of the whole. All of which means - I like it!

Lovely work Steven, I really like the 2 blues in the sky. I think it brings the painting to life.
