Well done Steven, I often use a glaze on my paintings, I know that it takes a bit of practice, but I think you,ll find the results are worth it. Don,t ever be afraid to experiment, remember, bounderies are only what you impose on yourself. With regard to the Wet-n wet tecnique, I,m afraid the best tipI can give you is, practice, practice, practice, there aren,t any real short cuts, but remember always make the new wash, or layer, dryer than the previous one. You are right about Oxwich, it has, one of the most photographed and painted Churches in Gower, and as I am from Mumbles (but now live in Swansea) I have painted it on numerous occasions.
