A still life pastel painting from a photograph. With Fly-fishing being a passion and my father being an avid collector of antique fly-fishing tackle this painting was a pleasure to complete. The reel has been painted on an old peeling bench to conjure the feeling of the shed in the garden where one escapes from the rigours of daily life. The painting with frame is 49cm x 40cm
