Ive recycled a large 100 X 75cm canvas frame which had prints on. Gesso didn't seem to work, so I decided to use heavy bodied abstract acrylics, it worked well using impasto style, this is based on my usual Cornish scenes, I felt it also helped me to get my eyes back into focus. (After surgery) all seem ok. Hope you like this a few shades of green and violet, don't show up so well in this photo.
