Love how you have painted that impressive viaduct Lesley. I do admire such good watercolours, as it is not a particularly easy medium to use.

Thankyou so much Heather,Coral, Spencer and Carole, watercolours are not usually the easiest, but can be very useful for shading in this case. I was determined not use white gouache as I call it.

Another experiment in watercolour, to create the shading under each arch with light shining through. Those stones were very good temporary seating. Much needed.lol. I've used white knight watercolour on bockingford WC paper 9x7"
