Thanks Gudrun. Your usual kindness.

Michael, you must be telepathic! I was thinking of you only this morning and was going to drop you a line.....and here you are. You’ve been practicing.....what a fabulous portrait. Love his pose, he looks so cool, kind of 1940’s spiffing cool. Love his hair and the textures in his gansey. Great to see you back x

Fabulous - always find your portraits pack a powerful punch

Thanks for kindness and encouragement Fiona and Heather. I think of you often Fiona. Last weekend we had a juvenile wood pigeon left in our garden by its parents, the second in a month. We had to bring them inside to avoid cats. We managed to get the first to a sanctuary at Whitley Bay but afraid the most recent one passed on the Monday morning before our trip up to Barnard Castle could save it. We did what we could but I nearly contacted you for advice last weekend. Sad.

That’s a shame Mick. You did what you could, that’s all you can do, sometimes no matter what you do they have just gone past the point of no return. Contact me anytime for advice, I will help if I can.

Lovely portrait, sorry about the wood pigeon.

I'm thinking it might be a young you, Michael.

Nice painting, Michael, but is it fun getting lung cancer?

His is good looking Marjorie.

Great portrait Michael. I have just had a most enjoyable time looking through your gallery...inspirational!

Welcome back again, Michael, with this beautiful portrait.

Great to see you back Michael with your lovely portrait, full of character, looking a bit sloshed but very handsome. Thank you for your recent, lovely comments, much appreciated.
