There's none so pure as the purified

I completed a successful course of radiotherapy in January at the Freeman Hospital, Newcastle, to repair my prostate. Thank you Freeman Hospital and all the wonderful staff at the Northern Centre for Cancer Care. This is a pastel sketch of one of the radiotherapist who helped me. She said she saw quite a few men like me who had simply over-used their prostate. I said, 'resistance is hardly an option even though my Catholic educators tried to tell me differently'. As they used to say in the RN, 'there's none so pure as the purified'.
