Very nice composition, they look colourful and relaxed.

Relaxing painting Michael. Couldn't help but notice the left one in recovery position ;)

Thanks Andre, Dennis and Carole. Yes Carole, that was an unfortunate event. She tripped over the other lady's yellow shoe as she walked by. It was two hours before the ambulance arrived and it was lucky that the other lady was carrying a yellow blanket which she put her on. You can tell by the position that the other lady was a first aider. Truth is, I caused the damage by my artistic ineptitude and I just made the story up to hide my guilt. In the end we all had some fun over her misfortune and I'm grateful for your comment - art should be fun and is in this case. Poor woman.

Captured and rendered so easily, relaxed as they are.

So simple - lovely little study

Thanks very much Michael.

Oh Michael what a great reply! I enjoyed your little story 😆😆

Ok Carole. Stand by for more Father Ted and my drawing practice.

Lol...I hope the lady has made a full recovery Michael. The lady in the yellow hat doesn't look too concerned so I guess she's over the worst. Some very nice washes in there too Michael.

Thanks Fiona. No, the lady in the yellow hat is phoning for an ambulance from her mobile on her lap.

It this from your book? Love the story! The lady on the right is particularly good. The other one is having a snooze.

Thanks Gudrun. Well it was meant to be as you describe it but it seems more interesting with the story. I was a qualified first aider for many years and this injured lady has the classical position of someone with a broken pelvis. Or she may have been double-jointed, which would assist my artistic inability. Yes, she's double-jointed.
