Excellent title Mick....a road into space, peace, adventure, the list could go on. I like the message and I think the colours also give it mood. There's great depth too. I can't tell where you've used pastel though.

Thanks Fiona. It's done on quality pastel paper. I started with some watercolour washes and ended up discovering that using pastel paper for watercolour gave a good result. I continued to add more watercolour and finished off with a little pastel. The worst thing about it is that the perspective is dodgy. It looks like two separate paintings now that I've uploaded it. But I am learning and progressing in some areas with landscape.

Well its a slight touch of pastel. Like the colours Michael. Reminds me of Paul Gogan, sorry cannot spell is name.
