Hi Karyl Ros P here again, just seen your kind comment on my wee Scottie Pastel dog portrait, thanks very much for that very much appreciated, it was a really nice change to do a full bodied dog instead of just a face, I am finding since I have got into art again that photo's from all sorts of animal images can set me off on the next one, it is more or less 30 years since I last painted and then one day found this website, tried pastels for first time ever and away I went!

Dogs - don't you just love them. This has such a lovely sentiment to it - great drawing.

Hi Ros, I know what you mean , I used to paint, but then 18 mnths ago I started to learn to draw, I now like it much better than painting, and want to draw lots of things.

Just melted at this one ... she looks like our puppy ! You're really very skilled at making your animals so adorable.

Thanks Avril, my camera is always at the ready, three of my dogs will have their photo taken,one of them bolts as soon as the lens comes out, I have managed to take only one or two of him,they are earlier ones. I will post one for you.
