You are doing great work with your quite recently discovered inktense pencils Karyl, they are a joy to use aren't they! This is excellent, the intensity in this dogs face is super, we are with him as he sees whatever it is he is after, great eyes and ears and, everything!

Hey Karyl, nearly getting there! You passed the post ages ago. I would like to make one suggestion, think about the texture of the wooden post. I made this mistake a short while ago and it was pointed out to me. With a beautifully detailed painting of the dog, what ever you add to the composition in such close proximity, has to meet the same standards. Similar to a bird on a branch.

The eyes have it. Just lovely as per.
