Well Julie if you have broken the rules so did Degas take a look at his 1878 - 1880 painting Jockeys Before the Sun and see how he has split the picture in two in the Barber Institution Birmingham. You have made two very good paintings as well done...

Beautifully done. The tree in the centre actually adds to the paintings success in my view. It proves that rules are really more guidelines and can be deviated from now and again.
