Thank you so much for the nice comments. I enjoyed experimenting with the image before painting it and will probably try something similar once I get all the portraits finished!

Artisan oil on oil paper. Once again I used a posterizing filter in Adobe Photoshop elements to slightly abstract the image of the daffodils before painting it.
