Really love their expressions John. The instruments must have be difficult? but they look great as do the clothes. I wonder... does his body look a little short?? for the size of his head? Having said that - I love your work!

I too thought the body appeared a little short, but it turns out to be because he is hunched up over his mandilin. I have a number of photographs which showed this. I had a major confusion with colouration because of the lighting during their concert. On this occasion I was obliged to rely on my photographs as I had no pastels with me to establish some guide lines on a sketch. I will admit that the head has been turned by me to fit the scene when changing the type of instrument to his famous mandolin instead of the all metal one. Thanks for your compliments on my work.
