Nice work John pen work and pen and wash I like myself and as you say the area you have depicted is part of a glorious part of our land, nice pen work and I like the subtle tones, nice one.

It's NOT flat, it's cleverly subtle and reminds me of a favourite walk in Grassington

Can't help thinking how lucky I am to have the Yorkshire Dales on my doorstep. I used to do big walks (15mikes +) now I do medium walks ( 7 miles average ) and spend the gained home sketching
