pencil drawing 40 x 25 cm About fifteen years ago I wanted to enter the BP Award portrait competition at NPG. I was told that the limit in age was 45 years and younger. Contacted my local MP who was Greg Hands with my complaint since I was well over the age limit. That was in Autumn and the following Spring I got an invitation from the organisers of BP Award to enter. I can only assume that Greg Hands got involved on my behalf and ever since they dropped the age and nationality limit!
