I have never seen it except on the tv and it is stunning how they move within it to get those amazing movements from the horse, this is a super ink, bleach and pastel capturing of it, so atmospheric Jenny

Powerful image. I too saw the horse on TV and it was amazing how you felt that it was real and had real emotions. Very moving.

Thank you Gudrun, it is just the usual black Quink and Miltons fluid but I added a little red oil pastel, dissolved with solvent - just rubbed onto parts of the horse when everything was finished and dry

I saw the Warhorse brought into the TV studio. Fascinating, it is so obviously not real, can even see the people inside working it, but it's behaviour and movements were exactly those of a real horse - ink, bleach and a touch of oil pastel. approx 15" X 10"
