Jenny this is a little gem -such feeling showing in those eyes. I am constantly amazed by your Quink & Milton pictures. Hope you are not still in pain with the cracked ribs?

Thank you Carol, this one is very frustrating - when I stand back it looks so very wrong but when I go in close I can't see how to fix it. I could do with arms a couple of yards longer. Click on it to expand and then walk away from the computer and look from a distance and you will see what I mean. My ribs are not so painful now, only catch me out sometimes when I bend and twist. The re-arrangement seems to be permanent though, my right hand rib cage is now a completely different shape. I was thorough, LOL. Thank you for asking.

Which bit looks wrong to you, Jenny? The face looks fine to me, lots of 'I don't want to' feeling in her expression & little hunched shoulders. Are these figures & faces from life, photographs or imagination? Whichever, they are brilliantly done!

It's very beautiful Jenny. If you wanted an opinion on what could be disturbing you, the right hand side of her face does look a little wider than the left and her right eyebrow is heavier. There also seems to be another eye above her right eye. I am an enormous admirer of your work so I hope you don't mind me commenting ! Do you think it's the influence of your cracked and swollen right ribs ????? Always wonderful work

your work is amazing, I have never heard of ink and bleach......I must look it up.

I should really have been doing housework, that has got rather behind since I incapacitated myself 7 weeks ago but having house to myself .............ah, well, just an exercise to flex my painting fingers. Time would pobably have been better spent cleaning house. Never mind, things can only get better. 'Curly' 14" x 10" Ink and bleach (quink & miltons)
