This is lovely. I was thinking of getting some water-based oils myself Jenny. Hoe do they feel as compared with traditional oils? Jx

Thank you Jean. I had some trouble at first when I just used water as the medium. Then at Patchings I tried their various mediums (or is that media?), and now I found them great, just as good as "real" oils. Jennyxx

Thanks Jenny. I might give them a try. They say that painting in oils is no harder than pastels but I find pastels fine to paint (draw|) with but oils I find more difficult. You may have inspired me to part with a few pennies and give them a go. Maybe three colours at first. Jx
