Thank you Romila, Heather and Marjorie for your kind comments. This beach is about 2 miles long and all sand. George would not know what to make of it. Although this end is a climb, the far end is Oxwich bay where you can park your car almost on the beach. From October until April, dogs are allowed on the beaches, so its a terrific place to take them.

This beach runs from Oxwich right along to 3Cliffs. I used to take my Afghan Hound here for a run on the beach. Every day, at 3pm, Henry would keep on at me to remind me to take him for "Walkies , in the car". I will always think of Henry when I look at this painting. Young George has not been on the beach yet..........
