The hares are beautifully drawn .

This watercolor has charm and joy. I know these are hares, but I quote the following because of the close relationship. "There were eight or nine rabbits of assorted sizes, from little bunnies to old jacks, jumping and playing with an ecstasy that was the poetry of motion." Wonderful painting. Wonderful subject.
