this very good the neck and rim of the bottle look pretty good to me ,which sometimes let a piece down if the ellipses are wrong ....chris

Thank you all for your comments, I'm glad you liked it. Jenet, This is actually drawn from a photo. I took several shots of the bottle, chose one I liked, cropped it and then drew the composition from my computer screen. You are right, this took around 18/20 hours to complete so I could not have done it and got this level of detail if I had worked from 'life'. Coloured pencil is so sloow!

"Coloured pencil is so slow"- ah but so effectibe. Beautifully executed. I haven't seen your whole gallery before. Your flower paintings are so well done. I've done a few recently; had never painted floers before. Steep learning curve!

This is my favourite of all of yours. Simple and superbly rendered. I've just got a set of Prismacolor pencils and you're an inspiration.
