Set myself the challenge of turning a dull photo of the castle into something more interesting, so invented the time of day (dusk? dawn?) and the skyscape. I know there are often sheep grazing in front, so added those from a previous painting too! Acrylic on 40x40cm canvas board, my last one! They have gone up in price; must be the lockdown effect where demand is outstripping supply. Having run out of basic colours, I used ONLY mixing white acrylic inks. Easier than messy tubes, too!
