Lovely soft painting.

Just been browsing your pictures again Jane love this one. Funny sometimes how things go when you start a painting you have a clear idea of what you want to put down but it just will not transpose from head to canvas.

That's so true David, and sometimes I can't paint whatever I try. When this happens I usually get so exasperated I just let loose on the canvas, and then suddenly something changes and I have that 'popcorn' moment! Thank you for the lovely feedback :-).
