Nib and fine liner: I'm much in awe of Ian Sidaway's fine liner drawings. I can't emulate his controlled and economic lines, but I'm prepared to give it a go! This one is a "zoom in " of a sketch in fine liner done in Portsmouth harbour. I had set out to sketch the barque, "Alice" but became more interested in the postures and movements of the people on the yacht berthed alongside.
