Thank you Stephen. I actually used the back of a sheet of Canson’s cold-pressed paper. This is slightly rougher than the normally-used front side (on which I had already done another painting!).

Moy Castle, Lochbuie, Isle of Mull. Built in the late 14th or early 15th centuries. Abandoned in 1752. Now a ruin. Line and wash on Canson cold-pressed paper.
