Thank you all for your lovely comments. I am pleased with this one as it is the first one I have had to do the composition for. It is also my first full picture of an animal as I usually do just the head and shoulders. I was asked to paint the dog so I took a couple of hundred pics then the customer chose the one he wanted painted. Then he asked for some pheasants in the painting and never having even drawn a pheasant did some research and drew them lying in front of the dog. Then had to research the bag as I had o idea what they looked like and put that into the painting too. I didn't know whether I could do it or not and almost gave up a couple of times but so glad I persevered as I learned a great deal from doing it.
