I'm not sure I'd have the patience for this, so well done!

Very impressive - looking forward to seeing the end result.

Your patience and skill knows no bounds!

Thank you so much, Diane! 🌸Tezhip truly requires a meditative state of mind and a very steady hand.🖌️Sometimes I hold my breath just to paint a single millimeter-wide line! It’s a huge lesson in patience, but the process is magical. ✨

Thank you, John! 🎨✨ I can't wait to share the final piece either! There are still so many layers of details, gold accents, and delicate outlining to go 🙈🖌️✨ I really hope that with time and patience, my hand will get steadier and there will be fewer struggles! 🖌️ I will keep posting every step of this journey here.✨

Thank you so much for your support, Heather! 🌸To be honest, patience is the best teacher here. 🖌️ When you have to start over and over again, it’s so easy to give up. You just have to break through and stop looking at the clock⏳❌ I think true masters work for years to achieve success, but every single step forward is a lesson, even just learning how to balance the hand pressure on the brush.🎨🖌️ So for now, there are definitely more surprises than certainties.

Mind blowing pattern work Sidra. Beautiful.

Thank you so much for your support, Joseph! 🙏 You noticed exactly what my goal is. Right now, I want to focus on understanding the differences between traditional Ottoman and Persian patterns. As I practice more and my hand gets used to the rhythm of this work, I hope to start designing my own layouts. 📜✨However, it is still a long way to go. Painting hair-thin lines at an almost 90-degree angle with ink is very demanding. For a beginner like me, it requires taking a break every 20 minutes so that physical fatigue doesn't affect the paper. But I am trying my best not to give up. 🖌️🌸

✨ Slowly moving forward. I’ve applied gold to selected areas, and now I’m trying to train my hand to work with a squirrel hair brush – it’s literally as thin as a single hair! 🖌️🐿️It's a lot of trial and error. Quite a challenge for me, especially since the smallest flowers are just a few millimeters wide... but step by step, I’m learning the process.
