HI , is anyone else on here at the moment ,...having trouble viewing the other gallery's ?? every time i click onto anybodys gallery,...including my own..!!! all i get is a blank screen.!!!!!! if anybody passing can tell me if they are having the same problem,...or not !!! i would apprieciate it if you could leave your comment here, as it will be sent from the site to me via e-mail. thanks. Make sure you are logged out of the forums before you view the galleries. Easiest way, shut your browser down and start again going straight to gallery. Another superb painting. How I wish I could pain skies like that. Now skies really are my bete noir!

Fantastic sky with beautiful colours. You really have found your niche with sunsets. Like Diana I wish I could paint skies like these. You are not the only one having trouble, I can't view anybodys gallery either including my own. Must be a fault with POL. Hope they get it fixed soon.

Thanks everybody, for lovely comments and info about the gallery's, i expect when this pic disapears from the side bar, no one will be able to let me know if they too are having problems? so thanks for telling me, i thought it might have been something that i had done.!!! how does the p-o-line team know there is a problem.?? are we,..and how...do we let them know about it.?? can anybody out there "help"?? closing my browser Diana doesn't help.!!! i can go anywhere else on the site ,...but not the gallery's........... very odd.????????? Well I just checked and I can get into all the galleries including my own, all the portfolios and as long as I log out of the gallery I can get into the forum too. Everything's working as normal. I wonder if it's because I'm using Firefox.

OH I see what you mean now- it's the "browse portfolio " link from a painting that doesn't work. If you go to the gallery list or to browse all portfolios, they are fine but the link from a painting to a portfolio is broken. I can get my own gallery from my login top right but not from any one of my pictures.

YES Diana, you can see all portfolios...but when you click on the pic,..you wish to comment on, you just get a white blank screen.!!!!! hope this doesn't go on for too long as i'm getting .... withdrawal syptoms..!!!! how do the po-team get to know there is a problem??? any ideas..? also i have noticed the latest posts are not moving off the side bar..??? and i;m talking to myself,....!!!!as all comments get sent back to me...via e-mail.!!!! well at least i'm getting mail,..even if its from myself. !!! lol. and you of course, thanks. I've emailed the POL team and told them that no one can get into portfolios. Nothing's moving because no one can post anything. Well at least you will get lots of views LOL. The forum's working I think (at least there was one new post)but nothing else. Haven't tried the blogs. Just watch, there will be a real influx of posts when they do get it fixed. It almost allowed me to create a new portfolio but not to put anything in it so I may now have an empty portfolio (or two). I bet POL don't find out til Monday aaaaaaargh!

Love this painting, the sky is terrific. we too are having problems clicking on to the paintings on our own gallery & every one else's, but did manage to answer my blog.

Sorry Robert, ha ha! yes it would be a good idea to put casters on the easel, but ive never used one. !! its probably why i very often get my horizon's wonky, as i never paint at eye level.!! my paper and board are allways flat on my desk.!!! with me looking down at the paper.!! is that an odd way to paint.?? well if it is,...then just proves my point at being,...the odd...and dim-wit of this site.!!!! lol. Well Irene, you've done it again! I clicked on 'gallery' and was hit by his absolutely stunning painting. Thank you for your comments on my stuff. I do what I do best, but I am still trying to push the boundaries. I don't want to stagnate and just push out variations on the same theme (I'm adding clothes now!). If I could do what you do I would.

This painting is beautiful Rhian. It reminds me of Turner's wonderful sunsets. Anyone who can painting like this need never worry! Well done.

should read Proud of...drat the spieling cracker... Do Not Log In to Visit the Forum...exit the forum by clicking Home... Now Log in to visit the Gallery or the Blog... It works for me...every time...

Same problem here. I cannot even see my own portfolio now. I am using Firefox but it has been OK up til now.

HI Rhian..gorgeous painting dramatic yet peaceful...beautiful colours...yes I had some problems tonight but I had been on the Forum so when I logged everything off and then tried again...hey presto...I clicked onto your lovely painting and got the larger picture...probably something we are doing...I had problems with the Forum for months and emailed Ingrid so much she must have been really fed up with me...but Phil and Norder put me right and I don't have any problems now...don't think this will help you but if you follow the twos instructions the problem goes away

Yes Caz the problem is there I just went to my gallery to read some comments that I know are there and blank page...the only ones comming up are those on the right

Irene it is only the 5 posts of the 'latest pictures' that one can view, the rest you get a blank picture. It is must be a fault on the server's side. I hope it will be fixed very soon. In the meantime paint on!!

HI all you great folk on here, many thanks for all your lovely comments on pic. yes i know that the problem is..clicking onto ANY gallery, even your own,..yes it comes up..but you cannot click onto a pic to leave a comment, if you do..you just get a blank white screen.!!!! you can leave a comment on any that are on the side bar, which have been there since saturday afternoon,!!! or any pic that comes up on the right hand side,..under GALLERY.!!!! Thanks phill, your comments and all others are very welcome. i'm not having problems with the blog posts ..or the forum!! we just cannot get into our own,...or anyone elses "gallerys.!!!! now i'm going to shout at my pc !!! do you think it will help.?? lol.Rhian (i k)

I've just discovered another problem and shouting at my PC didn't help !!! I stay logged on in the forum so I thought I'd try logging off to see if that had any effect on the problem of viewing paintings. The ( bleep bleep ) thing wouldn't let me log off !!! Lets hope they get it sorted tomorrow and in the mean time lets see if we can go for a record for the highest number of comments on any one painting, 31 must be getting near it !!!
