This has worked well Ianthe, as well as the lovely treatment of the rocks I like the misty background, gives depth.

Ianthe, great, nice textured finish on the rocks and stones, balanced against the soft background, as Stevphen said gives the picture good depth.

Beautiful colours and superbly painted rocks. I also like the way that the composition fades mistily away in the background this helps to show up the more defined parts of the painting.
