"The 46 footer 'Dark & Steamy' sails upwind in perfect sailing conditions. A little spray over the deck, the boat powered up and all the crew working hard to help get that extra tenth of a knot. After a couple of hours of upwind slog, they'll reach a turning mark, bear away and hoist a spinnaker for a quick blast downwind to the next mark. Simply, this is what is known as 'champagne sailing'."
