Smashing subject, technique, pose and model, but you need to work harder with the body proportions Helen. Life work to me either needs to be smack on accurate or abstract where mis-shapes and proportions can be played with. Sorry but it's a niggle from me.

I do agree with Derek. You have such an interesting subject and nicely painted . Did you do this from your imagination? I expect you would enjoy life drawing classes, you would then learn about anatomy.
