Super watercolour painting Alan, what a lovely job you made of that cheerful little boat and good surroundings as well, and when it comes to not doing much in watercolour you are not the only one, I don't either but that didn't stop me having at a monthly watercolour challenge from another site, take a look at it if you get chance, the challenge had a theme of Carnival so it is very bright and a portrait of all things!

I am not a natural watercolour painter. Much prefering more opaque media that stay where you put them and don't change colour when you turn your back for 5 minutes. This is my first effort that I am confident enough with to show the public, so your comments would be welcome. High quality giclee prints of this painting are available
