Super portrait of what must be an amazing dog. Why doesn't he have much time left with his owner - are they not going to keep him when he retires? Such wise eyes and what a wonderful life he has had. In my opinion the happiest dogs are the ones that work - so well done Denbeigh!

Unfortunately he has been diagnosed with Lymphoma - so unfair

How tragically sad Heather and tragic for his owner as well for the loss of the bond between them that is to come, but this is a gorgeous drawing of him and you have caught his wise and slightly sad eyes so well, what a super memorial to him this will be

That is such a lovely sensitive portrait of a beautiful dog. So sad that he won't live to enjoy retirement after such loyal and devoted service to his owner.

A whole life of love and experiences in those eyes Heather, I hope when his time comes it will be peaceful......he certainly deserves it. Beautifully done.
