Gudrun, Yupo paper isn't actually paper at all, it's a very thin sheet of plastic (polypropylene). As it's non absorbent the paint swims around on the surface and can be quite a challenge to control. I love it though as it's helps me achieve a loose style. I'm hopeless with real watercolour paper!
