Very sweet but no idea why Pfoti!?

What an interesting name for a lovely pet portrait ... my guess would be that she has a bit of flatulence!?

This is now getting a challenge for my English skills: a) "Pfote" is the german word for "paw" b) "flatulence" neither my general dictionary knows, nor my technical dictionary, but I think I got the meaning. Thank you Tessa and Heather.
