Super portrait, like the use of colour here.

really strong colours and nice bold brushwork.

Great use of leftovers, with nice contrasting. I always prefer an angles or sideways look in the posture, and this is spot on. Really well done Gudrun. Ps (a nice change, but I do like your dancers)

ooh yes im so glad you didit its just you at your best this for me is Gudrun I love it , thankyou gudrun

Great eyes and mouth, very bold.

Your portraits are your signature work for me too Gudrun. This is great with a nicely caught expression.

I also love your quick and expressive portraits. Your minimalism really works.

Love this, Gudrun. Colours are super.

I know what you mean Gudrun. Every time I see a good portrait painted by someone on here I want to have a go. I love seeing both your portraits and dancers. You have a very unique and recognisable style. Great work once again!

18x28cm oil on linen board. Dennis Roberts was particularly keen for me to break off from dancers. Leftover paint from working on a larger piece.
