If anyone could tell me why my pictures are sideways that would be appreciated too

All you paintings are sideways! Some programmes automatically display them upright when you view them. Have a look at them in the editing part of the programme you are using and you may find you will have to turn them the right way up!

It looks like we wrote about this at the same time! Your other pictures seem ok, so hopefully we shall see these upright soon.

Grant - I have the memory of a goldfish, and anyway posting pictures comes as second nature to me now and I don't really think about what I'm doing, BUT - these pictures are appearing in landscape format: what you need to do is post in Portrait format - I'm sure the gallery gives that option when you come to post; for advice from someone a touch more on the ball than I am, email Dawn at POL.
